Mirai Phase 1 is a project by GK Associates which offers luxurious apartments at the IT hub of Hinjewadi, Pune. The project is built in 25 acres and includes 5 residential towers, a commercial complex. It has luxurious and spacious 2 & 3 BHK homes which offer 270 degree open view apartments.

What we did

Site Branding & Marketing Campaign

Mirai is a Japanese word, it means future. Right from deciding the name for the project till placing the marketing campaigns our team has done it all. The key factor for marketing campaigns was the project launch communication. We had connected the campaign title to Advantage Homes. We designed & delivered the Launch campaign designs well advance to launch day. The site branding was aligned to the theme of Advantage Homes where we designed site entry, site boards, office branding & project brochure designing.

Website design & development

We organized multiple brainstorming sessions with clients to determine the requirements and the stature of the project that needs to be reflected in the website design. Moreover, the client needed the website to be developed in a tight timeframe. Understanding the requirements and project stature, we wrote the copy and made sure it is optimized for search engines. In addition, we selected designs to be posted on a website that would meet the requirements of the loftiness of the project and represent the best-in-class services provided by the client. We also designed and developed a clutter-free design that made the navigation easier and conveyed all the information. The design and copy of the website have been used across various digital and social media platforms to promote the project.


Mirai Phase 1 project has a branding & website that reflects the standard of the project. Moreover, it has better online and offline presence as compared to competitors. The traffic to the website increased and it led to increased inquiries.
